At The Reef, our management team takes your vacation satisfaction very seriously! That is why we have created the Vacation Guarantee!
If there is a problem with your room, we guarantee to fix it within 12 hours, or that night of your vacation is free. All you have to do is notify a member of our concierge/management team about your issue, and they will jump into high gear to make sure your issue is fixed! The same policy applies to food and beverage. If there is a problem with your meal, please notify your server, and the item will be replaced or your meal is free!

Terms and Conditions:
- Guests are responsible for notifying the concierge/management staff of any issues.
- Some problems may necessitate moving guests to comparable or upgraded accommodations.
All will be accomplished in a twelve hour period. If our team fails to fix and correct any issue
within twelve hours of being notified, that night is free.
- Bad weather, acts of nature, and events beyond the control of the Reef and its staff are not covered.
This may include outages of power, water, internet and telephones.
- This guarantee applies exclusively to bookings made through the Reef reservations team, a licensed
travel agent, or preferred travel partners.
